About
We are named after the pilot who flies the first sortie
Someone has to take the untested thing up and find out how it handles. That is the job we do for the businesses we work with: we go first on the automation, we find where it breaks, and we do not hand over a system we have not flown ourselves.
Why we exist
The work was always in the operations, not the model
First Pilot started in 2025 from a simple observation: most businesses lose hours every week to work nobody would choose to do. Copying data between tools, answering the same questions, chasing follow-ups, rebuilding the same report every Monday.
The technology to take that work over exists and is cheap. What is usually missing is someone willing to do the unglamorous part: sit with the people who do the work, find out where the hours actually go, write down exactly what a system may and may not do, and then stay on the account when it turns out to be wrong in week two.
Our founder spent six years as a system administrator, keeping servers and networks running at companies including Uber and Wipro. We build AI systems the same way: secure, monitored, and with a person in the loop wherever a decision needs one.
That is the whole company. We are a small team of engineers and operators — no sales floor, no SDR pod, no channel partners. You talk to the person who will build the thing, and the person who built it is the one who reviews how it is running afterwards.
We consult and we build. Some clients come for a plan and take it elsewhere; most ask us to build the first system on it, from the services page. Either way the advice comes from people who run these systems, not from a strategy deck, and we will tell you when something is not worth automating.
What we will not do
- Let an agent claim to be a human being.
- Deploy anything that quotes a price we have not agreed with you in writing.
- Use your customers' conversations to train our own models.
- Show you a client logo wall or a testimonial we wrote ourselves.
- Take a retainer for a system we think you do not need yet.
How we work
Four principles we work by
The agent says it is an agent
Deployments are configured to disclose themselves in the opening line. It is the right thing to do and it is where regulation is heading in every market we operate in.
Escalation is designed, not improvised
We write down what the agent must hand to a human before we build it. Complaints, pricing exceptions, and anything clinical or legal are never the agent's call.
You own the configuration
Prompts, sequences, transcripts and the knowledge base are yours, exportable on request. We do not use your customer conversations to train models of our own.
We measure before we sell
The audit sometimes concludes that you do not need us yet, or need one small system rather than a full programme. We say so in writing.

Find out where your business is losing time
A 30-minute audit: you tell us what is slowing you down, we look at how the work gets done today, then tell you which single system to build first — or that you do not need us yet.
